I have been trained and used Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my work since 2006 in both, English and Spanish. I can say that I continue to be inspiried by how MI empowers people in their decision-making process and how it helps develop a more empathic therapeutic relationship. I have been a member of MINT since 2012. I have offered trainings, coaching, and technical assistance in both English and Spanish. I now look forward to continue providing others with the tools to be able to use MI in their work.
