About Me

Liz is a Training Technician, employed with the El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department and has worked with this agency since 2000.  Liz is responsible for the Pre and Post Adjudication Facilites and ensures all the training expectations for the more than two hundred employees are met.  Liz is certified and facilitates the following: Training for Trainers, Trauma Informed Care, Handle with Care, PREA/ANE, and Motivational Interviewing.  Liz has been part of the Motivational Interviewing Team since its beginning  at El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department in 2007 as a trainer, coder, coach and curriculum developer. Her 2016 Highlight is that she has become a  MINTie.
