Colleen Marshall, LMFT MA, I have served in executive leadership roles for start up and established behavioral medicine organization for the past 15 years. I had oversight of all clincal operatings, staff development, training, development of clinical standards and implementation of agency Electronic Health Record. I have over 20 years clinical experience in behavioral healthcare and over 15 years’ experience in management of behavioral healthcare programs including holding Executive and Senior Level positions in behavioral health and healthcare organizations. I am also a trainer and consultant for non-profit organizations. I have a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have served MINT as a TNT Trainer and as a Board Member. I recently co-authored a book on MI in leadership and have spent my most recent training and consulting focsed on bring MI to leaders and managers. I am also an active member of the MILO (Motivational Interviewing Leaders and Organization) ub group.
I enjoy working with organizations in implementing MI throughout their services but specifically looking to train their leaders and managers in the use of MI. I have provided direct training and coaching as well as an organization consultation to help implement MI in the most effective manner. I also offer introduction of MI to groups who have not been exposed to this model before. I have worked with diverse specialities and organizations, including behavioral health, domestic violence, developmental disabilities, healthcare and schools.
