My passion for Motivational Interviewing began in 2009. Motivational Interviewing has increased my understanding of how people are able to overcome difficulties to make positive change. I have experienced many significant personal and professional changes in my life. The value of empathetic and compassionate practice and the quality of the relationship between the helper and those being helped continues to be relevant in life and career. I became a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers in the Fall of 2018
