Change Facilitator! I have worked in health care settings for over 15 years, including long-term care management, health promotion and organizational development. I have experience with training large and small groups, as well as implementation of Motivational Interviewing in an organizational setting, and leading peer learning and coding/coaching groups. In 2022, I completed the Motivational Interviewing Treatment Integrity Coding for Evaluation and Feedback course. Currently, I am a Social Work Field Faculty instructor at the UW-Madison Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work.
I am a collaborator by nature, and I value connection. Often, you will find me co-training or facilitating with another MINT trainer. We all learn from one another and appreciate the wisdom in the training room from the learners.
