MINT 2018 TNT and Forum will be held in New Orleans, LA, USA, on October 29 - November 3, 2018, at the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

Together with the Board the Events Teams are delighted to let you know that registration for the MINT Forum and related Pre-Forum events is now open! The Forum runs from November 1-3, and is preceded by the Pre-Forum workshops on October 30/31.
This year we are in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana .Our meeting is held at the beautiful Royal Sonesta Hotel, which is in the heart of the French Quarter. We have secured preferential MINT rates and advise you to book your accommodation as soon as possible as we anticipate high demand. The cancellation policy for the hotel is 72hours and rooms are secured by using a credit card. The link to the accommodation can be found within the registration link on Regonline (see below) and will also be placed on the website.
We have worked hard to keep the Forum fee the same as previous years at $575 early bird up until July 8, then $625 standard until September 30 and late registration ($675) in the final 2 weeks. Please note that registration will close on October 12 or when the event fills, whichever is sooner. We will keep you advised of this.
We have a wonderful selection of Pre-Forum Workshops on offer this year for you to chose from and we will be sending a separate email about these to follow. To note we are able to offer Pre-Forums only this year for folks who are not able to attend the Forum. The cost this year for the Pre-Forums will be $175-1 day, $325-2 days for MINT members attending the Forum, and $200/350 respectively for those attending the Pre-Forum only.
As you work through the registration you will be invited to attend the welcome reception on Weds 31– given it is Halloween, a truly fun night in New Orleans, we are shortening this event to allow you to enjoy the night in the City. Your registration includes a ticket to this reception and you are able to bring guests.
The Friday night Social event this year will be held in the famous authentic New Orleans music venue – Tipitina’s and will include food, a welcome drink and live music for entertainment. The cost of a ticket for this event is $60 per person and you can register for this in the online registration process.
