This 2 day training focuses on the basics of MI and moves participants to an intermediate level practice. Discussion topics include the Spirit of MI, OARS, Directional Objectives and Change Talk. This is an interactive learning experience involving small group practice, video and audio samples, as well as instructor led demonstrations.
