What is MI? An Introduction
A two hour introduction to the spirit, processes and core skills of Motivational Interviewing. This interactive presentation is based on the 4th edition of the basic text "Motivational Interviewing: Helping People Change and Grow" by William R. Miller and Stephen Rollnick, and "Listening Well: The Art of Empathic Understanding" by William R. Miller. The course is ideal for all helping professionals and will preview day-long and longer in-person and virtual training courses.
