Motivational Interviewing Step 1 ZOOM
A 'blended' course, an introduction to the principles and practice of motivational interviewing. 12 hours teaching time spread over 3 mornings plus mini assignments to do between sessions. An interactive learning experience including realplay, roleplay,group discussion and video demos. Suitable for heath and social care professionals from a range of backgrounds and work contexts. Participants can expect to learn enough to begin practicing this approach with their own service users/patients/clients. Having completed this course people may wish to further their skills by moving on to step 2.
