A lengthy amount of time is also dedicated to exploring (and reimagining) the concept of resistance.
Outcomes.
By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Evoke change talk
- List 7 types of change talk
- Define discord
- Demonstrate how to navigate a conversation through the four processes: engaging, focusing, evoking, and planning.
