Navigating the Four Processes--A Virtual Course for Advancing Your Skills
This brief, fast-paced and highly interactive virtual workshop will allow you to exercise and enhance your skills--as an MI practitioner or trainer--for successfully navigating the four MI processes. We will practice several short activities as well as apply microskills and strategies for Engaging, Focusing, Evoking and Planning that you can use in your MI sessions or in the training room. We will also identify ways to move effectively from one process to another and strategies for reducing discord when our pace is mis-matched. We will use Zoom, Google Docs and Google Slides to maximize collaboration. Please join for a fun and elevating training experience!
