- Present methods for recognizing, eliciting and reinforcing client change talk
- Describe state of the art research investigating active ingredients of MI
- Teach methods for supervising MI for beginners
- Present a method for establishing learning communities after MI Training

This training is ideal for individuals who have already learned the basics of MI and are using it in their professional settings, including social workers, clergy, health educators, care managers, counselors, psychologists, corrections officers and many others.
