A 16-hour, 4-part interactive online series for skilled Motivational Interviewing (MI) practitioners interested in learning engaging and effective approaches to sharing and training others in MI.
This training series is capped at 10 learners.

Learning Objectives:

Recognize the core components of designing competency-based MI learning opportunities customized for specific audiences and modalities.

Prepare customized materials for championing and providing MI training for others.

Facilitate MI learning through modeling, didactics, exercises, feedback and debriefing.

Continued development as a champion and trainer of MI through self-reflection and awareness of competencies, qualities and practices for ensuring that the learning space is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning and actively demonstrating the Spirit and skills of Motivational Interviewing.
