Motivational Interviewing: Facilitating Change

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative style for strengthening a person's own motivation and commitment to change. Based on the 2013 edition of Motivational Interviewing: Helping People Change, this five-week course encompasses the underlying mindset, core skills, and methods of MI. Participants engage in learning through webcasts, written materials, videos, exercises, and practice opportunities. Course instructors, Ken Kraybill and Ali Hall, are experienced members of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
